You should create an easy way for users to send a e-mail  in order to get their friends to visit this site. Check out www.iwtnews.com, maybe it would be of interest to you.

At the bottom of all the pages in the footer there is an "invite a friend" link that you can use to send an email to a friend.

Still I think it should be more obvious than at the bottom of the page.

Not enough people know about the website and it could be a great place for discussions about world issues. Every opinion counts!

Maybe it would be a good idea to make it easier for someone to send an email to friend about IBCtoday!
