On the mainpage, where all the stories are outlined and divided by region, it would be nice to have a more elaborate description of the story when you place your cursor over it.

Currently, all you see is, for example, "(Reuters) East Timor rebels... (11 Jul 2006)". If you could place your cursor over the story and see "(Reuters) East Timor rebels disarm: The new East Timorese prime minister Jose Ramos-Horta watches rebels hand in their weapons, 11 Jul 2006", I think that would be great.

This feature would be highly beneficial for users with slower internet connections, allowing them to better pick and choose the stories they want to watch, instead of simply clicking and waiting for the page and video to load.
